The president of Infosys believed that building ownership was a key to the success of his company. He had been looking with many other brokers over a two year span with no success. I was referred to Raj and once I understood the parameters and preferred location of the building he was looking for I went to work.
I had to be creative to find the right building for Infosys. So, I contacted banks for REO properties. I struck gold with one of the banks and found a great building in foreclosure.
Infosys bought the building substantially below market. They are still running their software business from this location today.
